Not much like this one on the road, and sorry to sell it, but need to make room for a bigger more involved project.Hudson motorcars was always ahead of the market. This early example of the "step-down" body turns heads ofyoung and old alike. With a few basic fixes (the car is almost 70 years old) Im sure it will provide years of enjoyment. The engine is now solid and runs great after light repairs(new valves, valve guides and all reseated and carb rebuilt) and the addition of a new fuel pump as well as an accessory fuel pump to prime the carb before starting which is always helpful on a collector car that most likely is not driven everyday. Also it probably needs to be re-wired and should most likely be converted to 12V if its to be a driver. And as you will also see from the pics, the interior while original needs carpet.It would be a great driver and fun way to enter the collector hobby or a solid base for a restoration or hot rod.
