Vespa 400 US model 1960

Vehicle Description

Totally restored (frame off) Vespa 400 US edition from 1960. Restoration is documented in almost 400 pictures.
Original VIN number plate (not reproducted). VIN number on the body is untouched.
Scale of the oil tank is in liters instead of gallons.
Colours are based on the original, needed a lot of investigation.
Took care of the details during the restoration:
-alu molding set of 6 pieces on sides (as standard equipment),
-original 2 stroke oil tank and system (as standard equipment),
-door trim pockets (as standard equipment),
-all wheels got the original ivory colour,
-original alu hubcaps,
-all rubber mats, carpets,
-floor colour inside and outside,
-speedo,
-sun visors,
-knobs,
-bottom of the car and many things...
Won the local Concours d'Elegance competition. It has around 1300 miles in it. Of course it has papers.
