We are not responsible for any incorrect description, authenticity, genuineness, mileage, or defects related to this vehicle as we are simply stating what we observe. It is your responsibility as the buyer to do your due diligence before making a purchase. After the auction ends, the winning bidder must contact us by the end of the next business day to make an arrangement for payment. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at that time. If no contact is made within that allotted time we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next bidder with the highest bid, or sell it otherwise. The remainder of the balance is due within 5 days of auction end.

All purchases will have additional charges if applicable which may include the following: sales tax, title fees, dealer fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle. All accounts must be cleared before we transfer the vehicle into the purchaser’s name, and allow the vehicle to be released.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you arrange transportation for the vehicle after purchase we will take photos for you before and after the vehicle is loaded onto the transporter’s trailer. We are not liable for anything that may occur during transportation once a vehicle is on the transporter’s trailer.
