                Vehicle Description
1970 Oldsmobile 442 in its factory correct colors of Platinum Silver with black Strato Bucket interior and black vinyl top. This 442 is an actual Lansing built W30 car sold new at Jack Carter Chevy/Olds of Calgary as documented by Vintage Vehicle Services of Canada. This is not a numbers matching car however the well maintained 455 runs well and sounds good with a lopey rumble. The 400 Turbo transmission and 3.91 12 bolt posi differential perform as they should. All lights, turn signals, gauges, etc work. Paint is exceptional and the panel fit and gaps are superb. Silver and black is a desirable color combination and the black vinyl top really sets it off. Please note that this car has been driven and enjoyed so please expect to find extremely minor flaws associated with that such as small rock chips, nicks, and fine surface scratches. Black interior is very nice with no defects or problems. I added the easier to read Stewart-Warner green line gauges for a period correct look. Detailed engine bay is neat and clean as are the trunk and undercarriage. This 442 sits on Firestone Wide Oval radial reproductions and drives out really nice. Overall an excellent driver quality 442 W30.I'm setting this up with a reasonable Buy It Now but please feel free to forward an offer.
