1949 OLDSMOBILE ROCKET 88 WITH ORIGINAL 303 V8/HYDRAMATIC TRANS

ORIGINAL 1949 ROCKET 88- it has the 303 v8-the motor that won the first Nascar race. If you know what you're looking at you know it is a very rare historical car. In good shape, engine/transmission good. Interior recovered in similar cloth to 1949 style using all the original interior parts. no modern updates on the car at all. This car is still a 6 volt electrical system and and is stock in every way. You could call the car a survivor basically. It has been painted blue sometime in the 1980's when the interior was recovered. It has some things that need repaired such as; right now the fuel pump has a bad diaphram, the intake manifold has a crack filled with silicone sealant-BUT A HAVE A GOOD ORIGINAL intake that the car comes with, 2 of the passenger and a vent windown have some cracks and marks(I have pics available) and the car has no battery. the main windshield/back glass is all good. Chrome is pretty good-the front and rear main bumpers were rechromed i think in the 80's. It has been sitting for a year and will need to be trailered away. I have video of it running on Youtube taken before it went into storage a year or so ago. hasnt changed any since then.
