One family owned since new. Purchased by my step mother, the suv has spent half its life in Tucson, Az and half its life in Cleveland, Oh. I acquired the suv in 2017 with 147,544 miles and have used it as a daily driver since, putting on about 6k per year. The suv has always been in a heated garage. The body has some minor rust and a few dings and scratches. The frame also has some scaling rust, condition is good for its age.The interior is near perfect and has never been smoked in, there are no tears in the upholstery or carpet.The suv has always been properly maintained and most receipts are present. The engine has a rear main seal leak that will need to be addressed. The suv runs good and is very reliable, the four wheel drive works great and is excercised regularly. Tires are newer, within the last two years. Starter and oil pressure switch replaced at 178,220. Rear brakes were replaced at 183,972. AC pulley and belt replaced at 187,699. Timing belt replaced at 191,840 (replaced every 60k). Water pump replaced at 191,840.The drivers door key lock does not work and the power lock for the drivers door also does not work. Power locks work for all other doors.Included are: factory headrests, roof rack accessories, cargo mat, cargo net, sunroof cover, sunroof bag, window sticker and 90% of all service receipts.
