1957 AMC Nash Ambassador Custom

Vehicle Description
Up for sale is an extremely solid and rust free low mile original 1957 AMC Nash Ambassador Custom. Originally purchased by Hazel Haas Neal of San Leandro, California, this car has been under the ownership of car collectors since 1971. The top-of-the-line Ambassador, it’s a well-equipped Ambassador with: Automatic, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air Conditioning, tinted windows and light group, with low original miles of 63,400 miles, it will be very hard to find a comparable Ambassador. Super solid, there is no rust-thru or surface rust on this car.The car comfortably sleeps three when the bed is folded out, includes one Nash air mattress. It appears to have had a respray about forty years ago. In terms of what it needs: the front carpets have significant ware, windlace is fraying and should be replaced, the AC needs a recharge. Details like the door panels and headliner look great as depicted in the photos. The car can be driven with confidence, took it for a 100 mile trip yesterday. Equipped with the AMC 327 the car performs well as does the GM Hydramatic transmission. Recent work: replaced the water pump and installation of NOS turn signal bezels. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Not interested in any trades, I am downsizing. Being sold as-is where-is. Good luck bidding on the Nash.
