MGB Roadster; Complete, solid, rust-free, original paint but doesn't run.

Vehicle Description
Car has been in the family since new, and parked about 20 years ago (so doesn't run now, and it's dusty). Complete except for floor mats, body and frame are solid, no rust, original paint but with a few cosmetic flaws. Rear window foggy, but the rest of the top is good.
