                Vehicle Description
Vehicle Original VIN : 2737910,000 TC's were produced from 1945 through 1949. The engine was a carry over from the TB with slightly higher compression churning out a staggering 54 HP making for a 22.7 0-60 time. However, fuel consumption was great at 28 MPG. It was exported to the US, even though at that time only Right Hand models were built. The US version also featured slightly smaller sealed-beam headlights with larger twin rear lights, as well as turn signals and chrome-plated front and rear bumpers. We like to get the good ones back. This excellent little TC we are featuring is not a trailer queen but a well cared for TC that has recent ownership for almost 30 years until sold by us 3 years ago to a skilled enthusiast. It has always been mechanically taken care of to be driven and enjoyed. Under the most recent ownership, the car was fully mechanically refurbished to ensure fitness and drivability, and it also received a new top. The car retains excellent structure sporting older paint that does show a few bumps and bruises. The Interior is very tidy featuring original gauges, original steering wheel and beautifully patina'd bits and pieces. If you are looking a driver quality, mechanically sorted TC that can be driven anywhere with confidence than this is the car. It can be fully enjoyed the way it is and / or taken to a new level of presentation. The car comes complete with side curtains and a large binder documenting 30 years of maintenance and services to include most recent mechanical activity.
