Photographs well, but needs complete restoration 1971 MG Midget

Vehicle Description

It was built in Aug of 1971, and is titled as a 1971, but looks like a 1972 (round wheel arches). According to what I could find, the VIN makes it a 1972.
Please see the condition. Additionally here is a list of what I can think of. If I do not mention anything, please ask.
The top is okay, but needs a seam repaired on the passenger side. The seats have come apart at the seams. They are not torn, and the material looks good, but whatever thread was used to sew them together is gone. The trunk is solid. Needs carpet. The windshield is serviceable, but I would replace it due to fog and a pinhole in it.
I traded a truck I was selling for it, figuring I could restore it and trailer it behind my RV, but it is too hard for me to get out of the little roadster.
