1980 MG MGB Converitble

My dad picked up the car from the previous owner who had the MGB in their family for about 9 years. They drove it all the time, even was their daily driver for a bit. When we got it, it was registered and insured on the road. They drove it from their house and dropped it off at our mechanic. Really awesome car and beautiful British styling. Car fires right up and seems to sound good. Shifts through gears smoothly, clutch grabs tightly. Just had the brake lines replaced, seems to be fine now. Also had the valves adjusted, they were slightly too tight. Seems to run nicely now. Some electrical don’t work, which is typical of MGBs, but lights turn on, windshield wipers work, fan turns on (not sure if heat works), battery is good. Rear floor pans look good. No major frame rust. Some surface rust and paint bubbling. Interior is nice, driver seat has some rips.

Comes with some extras. Has a Tonneau cover, which covers entire interior without having to put the top up, but driver or passenger seat can be used after unzipping part of the cover. Has convertible top cover, arm rest assembly, cloth car cover, extra oil filter, extra interior/carpet parts.

It is a really awesome car that seems to run and drive good. However, it is old and not perfect. We are not mechanics, so please ask any questions before bidding or come check it out in person.
