1990 mercury sable ls sedan 4-door

1990 Mercury Sable that came from California in 2020. Always been stored during the winters since coming to NYS. Selling because the car needs a transmission and and I am trying to cut down on storage expenses. The car has no overdrive and has not since I had it shipped here in 2020. Drive, and 2nd and 1st gear work fine. This year it has started to occasionally not engage reverse as well. The air conditioning works well for a few minutes before the compressor turns off and won't come back on until it cools off. Car was converted to r134a before I purchased it and the pressure is fine. Probably a clutch going bad on the compressor. The climate control panel also has buttons that are broken. New tires put on 2 years ago and only have about 1000 miles on them. Also had a new fuel pump last year. Has the 3.8 motor which are known for head gaskets. So far so good on that. Really just looking for someone who wants to put the investment into the car and fix it. There are not many of these cars left. Feel free to make an offer
