1976 Mercury Cougar Coupe White

Vehicle Description
1976 Purolator Mercury – Rare David Pearson Tribute Car Own a true piece of NASCAR history. This 1976 Purolator Mercury is one of only two known to exist and is an exact tribute to David Pearson’s iconic #21 car—the first vehicle to win NASCAR’s prestigious “Triple Crown” in the same year. This car is personally signed by David Pearson himself, along with other NASCAR legends. Even more impressively, Pearson drove this very car for 10 laps at the historic Darlington Raceway. Expertly built by Freddy Brookshire (long time friend of the silver fox) of Brookshire Motorsports, this car is a show-stopping combination of authenticity and craftsmanship. It comes with an incredible collection of rare, hard-to-find ("unobtainium") NASCAR memorabilia, making it a dream package for collectors. The car runs and drives beautifully powered by a 460 with internal parts from Holman and Moody and includes power windows and other creature comforts—bringing together classic racecar flair with modern-day usability.
