Up for this "No Reserve" auctionis our "Barn – Garage" PA found 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente, with the Factory 289 C Code V-8 (But Currently a Holley 4 Barrel and Manifold), 4 Speed Top Load and the bulletproof 9' Ford Rear! This rare Original “Caliente" runs incredible, shifts, stops, all complete, and, also includes seat belts front and rear,All of this came with the exceptional color of Bright Red and Black Bench Seat interior. The interior is also all original showing slight wear and age, but a cosmetic refresh will bring all back to amazing glory. The Gauges are working intermittently, needing attention, and a refresh to work 100%. Extra complete gauge pack included in the sale. The vehicle has had some top of the rear and front end repaints, rest is all original paint, but will need quarter panels (we have one to go with the car-RS). The under-carriage unibody, Shock Towers, Frame Rails -Torque boxes are good and acceptable, however you will need to do some floor(s) work / repair along with some minor trunk repair.All the glass is in very good condition and the Hardtop Windows go up and down.Several rare - desirableextra parts included in the sale.
