1966 Mercury Cyclone GT Conv in ember glow color. 390-335 hp, C6 automatic transmission, 3:50 positraction rear. Original interior with new convertible top. Original Cyclone chrome hubcaps. Previous owner stated engine had been rebuilt. Transmission just recently rebuilt with NOS valve body. Factory PS,PB. Brake booster rebuilt this past year. New brake lines, hoses, shoes,cylinders. New tires and front suspension and alignment. New top the correct color. New gas tank and sending unit. Paint is a 20 footer, looks nice from distance but you can see nicks and scratches and thin edges. A very solid body and floors and trunk are excellent. Trunk still has Original mat. Radiator has been cleaned out. Carb has been rebuilt and a new tune up. Runs and drives good. Trim has some dings and pot metal has some pitting. Rear bumper has been replaced with new rechromed unit. Only 2158 GT Conv built. 59,406 Miles. A real good cruiser or a great start to restore. Parts are hard to find for Cyclones.
