I've decided to sell my very rare 350 SDL W126 turbodiesel in amazing condition all original with all service records. Garage kept always and temperature controlled. The leather, wood, dash, steering wheel, and paint are all still like factory new. The driver’s seat is still perfect. Excellent Michelin tires. Original purchase price was over $58,000 in 1990. My wife and I recently took it on a trip down the famous coast Highway 1 (101) from Washington all the way to San Diego. The Mercedes is such a pleasure to drive and the ride is phenomenal. The engine bay stays very clean. There are no leaks of any kind. If anything was ever not perfect on this car, it was immediately brought to the Mercedes dealership. No money has ever been spared as you can see from the service records. It has been loved and cherished. For example, on the last visit to the dealer, they not only changed the oil, but replaced a belt, belt tensioner shock, transmission and engine mounts, and flushed the cooling system. Driven an average of 4,000 miles per year, this Mercedes was never used as a daily driver, but only for long trips. The new owner will be inheriting what amounts to a legacy of long term care.
