1982 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series W123 240 Diesel Sedan

Vehicle Description
The 1982 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series W123 240 Diesel Sedan is a classic car with a unique light yellow interior and white exterior. This 5-seat sedan has a 2.4L diesel engine with automatic transmission, making it a reliable and fuel-efficient option. With features like climate control, original AM/FM stereo/cassette player with automatically retractable outside antenna, air conditioning and cruise control, this Mercedes-Benz offers a comfortable and convenient driving experience. With only 1 previous owner and 124,000 miles on the odometer, this well-maintained vehicle is ready for its next adventure. The car has only had 3 previous owners and owner #2 was the Assisi Animal foundation as it was a donation to them who then sold it to me. I have owned it for 10 years and every year I planned proactive maintenance including transmission flush & filter, glow plugs, injectors, belts, radiator fluid, power steering flush & filter, oil cooler hoses, totally new front end & ball joints, rear differential oil, ac flush, vacuum system lines, door seals, fuel filters, rubber fuel lines at motor and fuel tank and new fuel tank screen filter, new front calipers, pads and master cylinder, brake lines and master cylinder. This year I also added a new battery and four new tires. Drives really straight, true and smooth with a new front end & tires. Receipts for all. This car has always been a great runner and is a timeless classic that always received routine maintenance and starts immediately. The only reason I am selling is that due to a recent move, I no longer have the garage space for storage.Car has no rust and is in great shape with common wear items (and more) having been already replaced. It has a couple nicks on the drivers seat and outside one area where on the front quarter panel a slight crease where someone backed in too close, beyond that it is very low mileage for the model year and I usually drive it less than 300 miles each year. Comes with some extra filters and miscellaneous extras related to routine maintenance. Some have asked about the radio which works fine, the antenna goes up & down when turned on, the heater works fine (the heater valve was also replaced) the ac works and when it was flushed the evaporator was also cleaned, new expansion valve, new “O” rings, new drier and synthetic refrigerant oil was used. I have 2 cans of r12 I’m including along with the maintenance extras. The paint is the original pastel yellow with a good shine and around the rear antenna has slight alligatoring near the rear trim and antenna area as shown.
