For sale is a rare original 1980 Mercedes 300GD.The car is a 5 cylinder Diesel, with a 4 speed manual transmission, 4 wheel drive with front and rear differential lockers.The interior has been removed and put in storage and will be included in the sale.Sale also includes 2 rear jumper seats that seat an additional 4 people (very rare).The car has rust and will need to be restored at some point in the future.The frame is solid and does not have rust damage.The car has WA plates, not CA platesMaintenance Ive don't during ownership:Replaced all 4 shock absorbersReplaced all 4 springsReplaced both front steering knucklesReplaced radiator shieldEngine valve adjustment 2 timesI have had the car for 7 years, and it has been a robust daily driver. Recently the coolant began to leak so I have not driven it since.Car will need to be towed as I won't drive it with coolant leaking.The best would be to see the car in person, or do a video call showing you the car.
