1979 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL has not been used for the past few years

Vehicle Description
the car belong to my wife and she stopped using it about three years ago when noticed suffering from lung cancer and she is not able to drive it and it has been sitting in my driveway ever since. the car does not start and need some attention, the odometer is broken and is not working.no tear and wear on the leather seats and no accident and does not show any rust.
