Good Transmission and rear end- engine needs work or replacement

well used car, will need a Engine rebuild or replace. The sun roof does not work and the front springs should be replaced with OEM. windows work and seats also but seat controllers will need to be replaced. also the enviromental controls will need to be replaced and a new fan put in.
