Rare Vintage Mercedes 280CE Two-Door Coupe / 1985. European. Gas.
Once upon a time this was a very nice car but other projects have got in the way and it has been a bit neglected. There is good news and not so good news. Good news is it has a current inspection as of Dec 2018. It drives. Still has some punch to it on the interstate. Super rare headlights. Not so good news is it definitely has some brake issues. This could be as simple as fluid or something similar. I'm not sure. There are some issues with the fuel line or something as of about a year ago. Sputtering. Timing? Fuel distributor? There are some rust places. It needs paint probably. Probably could use a new battery. The sunroof works but it needs a seal as it leaks on the passenger side. Heat works. AC does not. May just need a charge or it may be something else. The interior is ok but not great. Seats are more or less fine. Some blemishes here and there. A few of the Zebrano wood detailing has become detached but they are in there - they just need to be re-applied. Has a bit over 200,000 miles. Speedometer is not working.
