1971 Mercedes 280SE project with parts car

the blue 280se is in good condition. new tires and valuable aftermarket period wheels. new nardi style steering wheel. pulled motor but is included with auto trans. runs... no idea mileage or condition. body is solid with minor blemishes. paint ok but not perfect. floors and body rust free. blue car has european headlights. need to be hooked up and bulbs.
I was going to lower it with air bags and install a GM ls motor and trans. no time and too many projects.selling with a complete 1968 280S parts car. it is parts only with no title. it is a six cylinder automatic car. no idea if it would run or not. lots of good parts though.
both must go.
wheel, tires and steering wheel paid $2300. I also have a nice set of new black door panels for these cars for extra cash if interested. they are black leather...
