Vehicle Description

Beautiful Black & Silver Classic 1988 Mercedes 560 SEC Coupe with excellent power and smooth ride. It is a true pleasure to drive and it ALWAYS turns heads!
Exterior:
  • The body is super straight and not been in an accident.
  • The paint is good shape, but there are a couple of small rust spots and dings (See Photos).
  • Bumpers are solid, but with some scrapes and paint chips (See Photos).
  • Part of the trim over the driver-side windshield is missing (See Photos).
  • All of the glass is in really good shape and power windows work smoothly.
Interior:
  • The interior is in really good shape for a car of this age and very clean.
  • The grey leather seats show some wear, but are not ripped or torn, except for tares on the driver's seat (See Photos).
  • The dash is in great shape with no cracks in the dash pad.
  • The door panels are in good shape and the power seats work smoothly.
  • All of the gauges work correctly.
  • The power windows all go up and down easily and smoothly.
  • The carpet and floor mats are all in good shape.
  • The headliner is in good shape.
  • The power sunroof works nice and smoothly.
  • There is an aftermarket CD player that works and sounds good.
  • There are some electrical issues with the power locks and antenna. Also the automated power seat-belt arm extender no longer extends (seat belt works perfectly fine though).
Mechanical:
  • The 5.6L V8 starts right up, but does smoke some and has a small oil leak. The engine has excellent power and responsiveness.
  • The factory automatic transmission shifts well, doesn't leak and doesn't show any signs of slippage.
  • Has Current NY State registration and safety inspection.
Suspension:
  • The original suspension is in good shape, but could use new shocks.
  • The power steering feels nice and tight.
  • The ABS power 4 wheel disc brakes feel responsive and stop the car very easily.
