Damaged 1979 Mercedes Benz 300 TD

Recently rear-ended someone and just don't have time to do the repairs myself. At this price I will only sell to someone who wants to buy and fix it up rather than part out.
The engine is from a sedan - mileage is purely an unknown.
No rust.
Killer Summit after-market vacuum pump replaced the bad vacuum pump on old engine.
Engine was still running at time of crash. Do not believe transmission was affected.
Comes with ProTools aftermarket AC box - but compressor may be bad.
No rust.
Push button pencil style glow plugs.
Engine ran beautifully, transmission was perfect.
Rear hydraulic shocks had been replaced with regular shocks.
Needs repair on: front driver's side fender, hood, core support, front left headlight assembly, and radiator fan. I already purchased new (used) radiator, oil cooler lines, and oil cooler, but they will need to be installed.
