MIATA MX-5 Nardo Gray

Vehicle Description

This is my 1991 Mazda Miata MX-5 in Porsche's Nardo Grey. I am an owner of an auto body shop here in SoCal and I wanted to create my own version of my dream Miata.Tires & wheels: The wheels are Konig 15" gloss black on Kumho ECSTA 225/45/R15 tires. They drive real smooth and hug corners beautifully. Not too many miles as I put on a new set in March 2024.Exhaust: The muffler was replaced with a Magnaflow or Flowmaster (I can't remember lol) free-flow performance exhaust. It still sounds mostly stock, just a bit deeper.Exterior: The original color was red but it was pretty faded, so I decided to change the color to one of my favorites, Porsche Nardo Gray. I added front and rear bumper lip spoilers and painted them gloss black with clear (some pics are before adding the these). I added a carbon-fiber duckbill rear wing and added some coats of PPG clear coat before installing it. The headlamps were converted to black-housing LED units. For the tail lamps, I painted the yellow signal portion with candy red, then gave the entire lamps a light smoke black coat with clear coat over it. An LED license plate frame with reverse lights was installed for better visibility when in reverse. The soft top was replaced and is about 5 years old. The windshield was replaced and is about 3 years old. The rear emblems were painted in gloss black.Interior: Seats were both re-done in black cloth/vinyl combo with red stitching. New carpet was installed as well! Floor mats are not Weathertech, but have the same function. The center console was removed and painted to match the body color.Electronics: Pioneer double-din screen Bluetooth stereo with an added Pioneer subwoofer/amp combo. This one has a separate bass control that I placed directly next to the stereo screen. A Silencer alarm system was installed for securityDrivetrain: Transmission is automatic. It was serviced in January 2024 and runs smooth with no issues at allUnder the hood: All stock. Radiator and A/C condenser were replaced recently and a/c blows coldIf paying with cashier's check we will need to meet at the bank and verify that it is good.
