This car was built in 2012 for SCCA Autocross and taken all over the southeast for a few summers. It needs nothing and can easily be converted back to street-legal status. Fires up on the first crank. Test drives welcomed for serious buyers.
Motor/drivetrain:
1993 long nose crank built back to stock specs. (new bearings, rings, seals, oil pump, etc.)
Aluminum radiator, 4-2-1 header, glasspack muffler, STOCK ECU and factory wiring harness(except for the dash harness)
Viscous limited slip, 5-speed transmission with the best feeling shifter in the world (I'll argue about it)
Body:
Seam welded, Miatacage
Gutted bumpers, doors, hood, trunk, windshield header, etc. Estimated to be around 1700 lbs. based on what was removed.
DP class limited front and rear aero with removable front air dam and adjustable spoiler.
Suspension:
Bilstein HD shocks with lowering springs
Larger 1.8 brake rotors milled down to minimum width
Team Dynamics 15x7 Spec Miata wheels
Hoosier R7 tires
Brand new aluminum radiator
Track car but could be made street legal again. Will need some new tires soon, very cheap on ebay. Upgraded suspension, roll cage and some light engine work, rebuilt motor less than 100 miles ago. Runs good, sounds good. Title office can get me a bonded title if you need one. Otherwise sold on bill of sale only. Thanks!
