1985 Maserati Biturbo E II 2.5 V6 AM 453 Parts or Project Car

I am auctioning this 1985 Maserati Biturbo with no reserve. It is a North American export model (hence the 'E II' in the title) featuring the carbureted 2.5L V6 engine (type AM 453).
This car is not currently running and is being sold as-is for parts or as a project car for the following reasons:

Rust holes in the body near the tail lights
Paint fading and cracked/missing trim pieces
Interior very musty and worn out

That being said, the engine compartment looks pretty complete and in decent shape for its age from what I can tell. The car has been sitting though and there is a fuel leak from the fuel filter area so I have not been able to turn it over.
Other usable parts include but are not limited to:

Rims
All glass in very good condition (Saint Cobain)
Original Maserati radio (one crack above the cassette slot)
Headlights, tail lights, mirrors, and more

Please note: this car's title is from Washington state. Although the title is clear, the mileage listed on it is 13,075 as opposed to the 3,396 on the odometer, so "odometer discrepancy" has been checked on the back.
