Prior ownership it was owned by the Imperial Palace museum and undocumented owned By Edsel Ford Henry Ford only son until his passing in 1943

V12 414 engine with options including Dual side mounts and 4 wheel brakes

after being sold off from Imperial palace it was restored to current conditions I am guessing somewhere in late 80s repainted now showing wear

engine was rebuilt runs real nice haven't drove it much but around the warehous, interior was reupholstered and the fine inlaid wood trim was restored as well as the stering silver finishes on the dash
