Vehicle Description

This is a UK manufactured vehicle. The vin number is SALLDVAF7KA921614.

This 1993 Land Rover Defender County, is a right-hand-drive model that was imported after receiving a series of upgrades and refurbishments during its sole ownership in Solihull, England, before arriving stateside. The truck is finished in Coniston Green and grey over a black interior and is powered by a 2.5-liter turbodiesel inline-four (300 Tdi) paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Equipment includes 16″ Land Rover boost alloy wheels powder-coated in gunmetal grey, including but not limited to, a Defender SVX front grill and headlight assembly, a Land Rover alloy roof-rack, a spare tire carrier, a Warn winch, snorkel intake, and inward-facing rear seats. This Defender is now offered with a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.

The right-hand-drive cabin features cloth front bucket seats and inward-facing rear seats upholstered in grey cloth - all seats devoid of major wear, rips or tears. Interior amenities include a sunroof, sliding rear side windows, and a lined rear cargo area.

The bar-style steering wheel fronts instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 72k miles.

Other points worth noting; the headunit stereo is non-functional, but expected to be fuse related. Although not confirmed. Additionally, the winch will need a new hook installed as well as a replacement remote. Both of which can likely be obtained for under $200. Although the condition is in great, original shape, there are typical age-related flaws including some minor scratches and dents.

However, all things considered, this an excellent opportunity to get your hands on a clean, original, and well-maintained Land Rover.
