Vehicle Details
4x4 metric ton Jeep Comanche. This truck has the desirable 4.0 inline 6, the transmission was upgraded to a professionally rebuilt ax-15, np241 transfer case and a stock Dana 44 rear differential. It has a 4" short arm suspension lift with tough aftermarket upper and lower control arms. The upper arms are adjustable. The sway bar is detachable for the trails. Factory front skid plate and gas tank skid plate. Very tough front and rear bumpers with an integrated receiver hitch on the rear bumper. Exhaust was replaced from the exhaust manifold back a few years ago with a flowmaster muffler. All hoses and belts are less then 10 years old. Bed has the factory optional plastic bed liner. The headlights are led with aluminum housings and tempered glass lenses. The bulbs are replaceable. 9,500lbs electric winch with remote. 4 channel amplifier with pioneer speakers and a Panasonic deck. The cooling system has been converted to open loop with a nice aluminum radiator. The hydrolic slave cylinder on the clutch has been converted to external for ease of access. The emergency brake does not work, but I might have it looked at this week. The rockers, wheel wells, frame and bed are 100% rust free. The engine has a hard start but will start in any weather. There is a slight valve tick on the engine when warming up. The steering is loose at speeds above 60mph but no death wobble. The tailgate has a dent and the drivers side upper cab corner has a dent. The rear bumper prevents the tailgate from opening. I had planned on hinging it sideways but never got around to it. The bumper could be modified or lowered as other alternatives. Truck itself has a few small dings but overall is in great shape. The paint is presentable but has a few minor flaws. A good cut and buff could probably correct it. Clean title in hand.
