1993 Jeep YJ, 807 Miles on new Jasper Engine, Air Conditioner

1993 Jeep YJ for sale. Less than 900 miles on a new Jasper 4.0 litre engine, 6 cylinder. Original miles are 143,500. F.A.S.T. fuel injection system, manual 5 speed transmission. Has a great air conditioner. Stereo with cd player, bluetooth. New clutch and pressure plate, new exhaust, new shocks. Universal joints are new. Over sized tires, black wheels. New spare, rim and spare tire cover. Tow bar and wired for towing. Has a hard cover which can be removed. Has been wrapped and I have additional wrap. I have chrome nerf bars that have not been installed and a new set of carpeting (the existing carpet is in greatshape). There is a winch on the front bumper that does not work. I am not sure if it is a winch problem or an electrical problem, something I have not worked on.
