I've put the mileage UP a bit here cause I do drive this Jeep daily.I have not put 5000 miles on it sense owning the Jeep.
The Car Facts Report is very close but not 100% correct eBay!
Yes the title is in salvage, as it will always be in California but all of the required tests have been passed & those issues are taken care of.Car facts makes it look like I did not handle this but I very much did & it did get passed & fixed with more repairs to the engine beyond what was not only just needed to get the Jeep street legal & safe but repairing storage issues from the 1.st owner & also get it driving even better & running great.
In 2018 Jeep is reissuing this make & model Grand Wagoneer.The trailer can be seen on YouTube & it's awesome & this model will skyrocket in price once the 2018 release happens.Collectors will want the new jeep & the original vintage edition that this here Jeep is.This is the 1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer!It is a fantastic daily driver.
I have the dash covered so it doesn't get sun damaged along with the leather arm rest.Jeep runs great & is a real head turner.
Current Ca smog passed last 2/17/16, registration, salvage title have all passed the California state DMV requirements. Everything is up to date paperwork, test results & receipts of work done.
I'm not the mechanic of the Jeep but My mechanic & the only person who has done work on the Jeep is 'Jack Fox Auto'Richard & crew.They do & have done great jobs working on this Jeep, quality work & I only take my other auto to him too.
I purchased the Jeep on 4/11/15.It was smoged bye 4/17/15.Just re smoged feb/17/16.Registration says feb/22/16-feb/22/17
New brakes were installed 4/-/15 while going through the CA. DMV salvage title testing.Hard copy paper work on & of all test come with the Jeeps sale.
A new carburetor, belts, hoses, & work has been done with many reciepts all of it.
The 2nd & prior owner I purchased theGrand Wagoneer from put a the new headliner that's in very nice shape.
I have extra parts for this Jeep as well.Roof rack, hitch receiver, some molding, nuts bolts.The original floor boarding & rear carpet being one score for the rear cab.
I have it now how I like it, with the rear carpet out showing the jeeps original brown metal & giving it a truckish look & feel.
This is a stock, nearly all original1986 Grand Wagoneer auto 4x4 Jeep & it runs great, looks great & everyday people talk & ask about it.
New brake booster was just installed 6/18/16.The original stock Jeep radio works.The antenna is not mounted nor was it when I bought the Jeep though it is hooked up & working.I was planning on putting a GPS modern serious stereo system in the Jeep but as I maybe moving & why I'm selling the JeepI have not yet.There is is tons of room for customization with this Jeep also.
The Jeep has very little rust & what it does is nothing major.This is the stock paint as well.
