1988 Jaguar XJS Hess and Eisenhardt convertible

Very clean, rust free Hess & Eisenhardt Jaguar XJS Convertible. Beautiful example of the Jaguars highly collectible first version of the XJS convertible. Less than 900 of these H&E convertibles were made. Leather interior has some wear and the seats have some holes, but the rest is beautiful for its age. The top is in very good condition with one small repair and works very well. The original V12 has been replaced with a much more powerful and reliable 350 cubic inch small block Chevy engine, mated to a 700R4 overdrive transmission. Custom dual exhaust, aluminum radiator with electric fans.

Paint is in good shape but does have some clear pealing.

Runs and drives very good, but the brakes feel a little hard and might need to be adjusted.

Will need rear window regulators. They go up manually but not by power.
