The truck runs but will not pass PA State Inspection due to rust deterioration on the frame. This truck has a double "C" channel frame. One fits inside of the other. The issues is these two mating parts have separated due to corrosion. Also, the cab/frame mounts have deteriorated. This is not a road-worthy truck.
