I have owned this for a few years. It is not just an gov auction flip. 

It is a 1990 998 humvee 6.2, 3spd with 46k.  I drive it a lot and it is street legal titled and registered in Iowa   VIN 100927

This is an older military vehicle.  They are noisy, ruff, big, maintenance needy, but you can't beat the cool factor and requests for rides. 

This is one of the cleanest I have ever owned. Look close at the pics. It is in great shape.
