This is your chance to own the unique HONDA S600! Looking at this specific vehicle, it’s amazing that it still has the original Toshiba headlights….and what looks to me like the original tires? All the tires driven to the point of slicks….a black tag California car…with sticker tag dated 1969. I personally think that the mileage is correct. Vehicle driven from California to Oklahoma in the late 60's. Look at the brake and clutch pedal picture, who would have replaced those in the first 4 years of ownership?
Since it is missing the engine, and transmission. Options include sourcing original engine through Japanese sites like Jauce.com, the equivalent to Ebay in Japan. I have personally seen an engine and transmission available within the last 5 months on Jauce available to bidders in Japan. And also an original windshield.
But that brings to mind option #2 to drop some other engine in, like a sweet Honda S2000, or a high revving twin rotor rotary with Weber carburetors. The Virago 699cc Yamaha is just so tempting.
I am willing to take to the port of Houston for overseas bidders, for an additional $800 to cover my expenses. Or an USA or international bidder can use a use a transportation service like Uship.
Unrestored Classic Honda Rare S600 missing Engine, Transmission, Driveshaft, Radiator, windshield, very complete otherwise. Original fuel pump, original fuse box, original fuel bulb, original starter solenoid, original W-Washer tub and pump. what you see is what you get. Oklahoma title in my name. solid body, floors not rusted through. See trunk hinges both are broken.
