1991 Honda CRX All Original Two Owner Car Restore or Parts

Just acquired from an estate the 1991 Honda CRX is a two owner car purchased locally. There is every manual, warranty, and new owner information paperwork along with countless receipts for services performed..
The car was involved in a collision and in spite of modest damage declared totaled. The owner purchased the CRX from the insurance company did some repairs, had it inspected and licensed the car and drove it for 4 years until her purchase of another CRX. She stored this car in 2017 to serve as a parts car for her fifth and final CRX.
There photos reflect the damage which appear repairable. The car has perfect glass throughout, the door panels have a few gouges on drivers side as shown, the dash is excellent, there are tears to both seats, the rear compartment has a hatch cover the other original rim and no damage, the car has Dickies seat covers as a testament of the owner desire to maintain it. It is missing the radiator and starter.
We are told the car ran fine when parked but with parts we removed couldn't verify but confident the info we received is accurate. We towed it home at 60 mph and it seemed to track fine and was capable of stopping the van pulling it.
We understand that finding a unmolested 1991 CRX is rare. Has rebuilt Washington title and could be licensed and driven or used for the parts.Usable parts include a perfect rear hatch and glass, near perfect door panels albeit with a few rips as shown, Sound structural seats with common rips shown, good 16 valve 1.6 motor and transmission, good brakes which we can attest to, sunroof and motor, headliner, dash and instruments, heater core, bumpers, all glass and mechanical parts associated with plus door hardware, there is a box in back with old cv axle so probably new one installed, diehard battery plus countless other parts
