Here is the car you need if you want to save on gas.

These cars get 50 mpg highway. They are relatively peppy since they weigh
so little, like 1700 lbs.
It also has the 5 speed manual transmission which gets much better mpg
then the automatic. The clutch is pretty light on these so it is one of the easiest carsto learn to drive stick on.

The odometer reads like ~45k but it is only 5 digit.

The convertible top was replaced last yer.

The car runs and drives fine. It is in pretty good shape for the year.
The frame horns are solid.
The passenger side window is off the track so it doesnt roll up correctly, shouldntbe too hard to fix.
