1923 model t for parts or rat rod

I have up for auction a 1923 model t runabout I think. I looked up some info on it but I really don't know for sure. I got it from afriend in Florida were it sit in a barn for the past 50 years. It don't have a title but will be sold with a Ga. bill of sell. from what I have seen on the internet it has a 1923 motor which is the serial number but it has a lot older fuel tank so maybe the engine was replaced but im not for sure. It has a starter and I think it was called a runabout. If you have any question please ask before bidding.
