Rolling chassis with Heidt's front end installed. 8" Ford rear, new rear end mounting kit with parallel leaf springs. 99% of parts for the car present and in great condition. Convertible top mechanism folds freely. Original dash intact. No engine or transmission. I have all trim for the car plus some extra. The rear windows are also in the car and intact.
