1961 Ford Econoline - Fully Restored - Owned Since 1973

Vehicle Description
This beautiful and fun Ford Econoline was part of my late father's car collection. He owned it since 1973 but rarely drove it, putting only 30K miles on it in all this time. Most of that in the 1970's and 80's. The vehicle was stored for most of the 1990's and 2000's. In 2013 he took it out of storage and began restoring it to its full glory. New paint job to match the original "Caribbean Turquoise" and White paint scheme, all new interior, new tires and any needed mechanical repairs. The result is a head turning, fun to drive, and very drivable pickup.
The "three-on-the-tree" manual transmission shifts well, the truck starts with minimal effort and drives great down the road. I have taken it out a few times and can attest to the unique experience of riding while having the completely unobstructed view of the road that is unique to the Econoline.
Includes the optional heater unit from the factory. The radio has been replaced with a modern Sony unit.
While I can find no specifics on this, my limited research shows that most Econoline's in 1961 had 13" wheels, but a more rare 14" option was available, which is what this truck is currently fitted with, 14" wheels and tires. Because my father's notes don't reference this as a post-purchase upgrade, I believe they are factory. Beautifully restored as shown in the photos.
Since restoring, it has come out on rare occasions for a drive around town or from one storage area to another.
The rear passenger side bumper area has a dent from an accident backing the truck out of storage 5+ years ago. Please see photos. Speedometer and coolant temp gauges work but the fuel gauge does not currently.
