1964 Ford Anglia 250 Not Running

This was a project I just have not gotten around to doing.It was running but had a rear main oil seal leaking, I pulled the engine and replaced the rear main seal and pan gasket, replace the clutch pressure plate and throwout bearng while the engine was out.I put it back together ran it and then decided to put an electronic distributer in, cover the mechanical fuel pump and put in an electrical fuel pump and then wanted to convert it from positive ground to negative ground and the work ground to a halt and life happend.Asking $9,500 or best offerIf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.Thank you
