Up for sale is this beautiful garage find 1955 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. This T-bird is in super clean condition and has a Red exterior with the Red/White leather interior. This vehicle has just 63k original miles (which is extremely low for this year and engine) and it runs and drives beautifully. This is a really nice, clean, restored-to-original-condition vehicle that was always been cared for by its owner. I have taken many photos of this vehicle and a walk-around video so you can see what exactly it is that you are bidding on. You will not find another one in better condition, with more options, and more original than this example.The vehicle was purchased by its current owner in 1990. The car was bought from a high-end vehicle auction and was a full and complete nut and bolt restoration was when it was purchased in 1990. The owner bought the vehicle, took it to a car show and won a trophy (we have the trophy) and parked it. It has sat in the garage, not driven since 1990. The vehicle is still in its same condition and looks amazing! It has barely been driven since the restoration it received 35 years ago. Cosmetically, it looks amazing and has an original look with no aftermarket modifications. Car comes with all the original paperwork from the auction showing it was a full restoration when purchased.This vehicle was very well taken cared of and it shows. This vehicle was always garaged and never spent a night outsde or in the rain. You will not find one spec of rust anywhere on the vehicle. You wont find another one as clean or nearly as well kept. This Thunderbird is loaded up with all the factory options that you could want. It has the 292cu V8 engine that is super smooth! It also comes with the uncommon manual transmission!
