PLAIN & SIMPLE.... 429 Cobra Jet For sale. Virginia Car, This is a Ram air J CODE With THE ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING 429 ENGINE & TRANSMISION Verified!!! All four numbers match! Motor, 4 Speed Transmission, Body And Dash! The rear end is a nine inch but I don't know if it is original, it looks like it is. There is two new AMD Quarters Panels that go with it, they are in there original boxes. This Car is an awesome restoration project. The body is solid! I did buy a used Trunk lid and its Solid, I Also Bought the grille which is perfect.. The torque boxes are perfect. Missing right side floor brace under car. The Doors are in really good shape. The Driver side door does have some rust through at the bottom exterior. Fenders are really nice. The Front lower cross member is solid! Hood is clean and rust free, The Aprons are solid. Trunk is Solid. The Gas tank is also solid! This car has been kept inside for a long time not by me !!. I just pulled it out of my trailer and washed it. "Now" It needs a drive shaft. Console is there but cracked and missing upper chrome plates. Looks like OEM AM Radio. Tach looks to be O.K. I put a battery in and the motor turns over freely with the starter. I've never started it. It Also has the correct heads, Exhaust manifolds And intake For the Cobra jet Engine. I don't know a lot about it because I've only owned it for a year. We are moving and this one has to go. I really hate to see it leave because all done I know what its worth. Not too many of these kind left out there!
