Vehicle Details

Up for auction is a 1964 Ford F600 Rat Rod Truck. My son and I built it about 5 years ago with the intention of selling it. Didn’t happen, I bought him out and keep the truck. It’s definitely an eye catcher and a one of a kind. The cab and doghouse come off of a 1964 ford flatbed water truck. That only had 17,000 miles on it. There’s very little rust if any. We set it on top of a 1984 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 truck chassis and drive chain. Miles were unknown on the Chevy truck. The frame was under coated with new shocks. Hopefully the pictures will show the shape of the underneath. The 350chevy motor we tore down and just put a new RV cam and lifters in it . Also setting on top with a new aluminum, high-rise intake and elder Brock carburetor. With new headers and exhaust. It runs good and probably only has 3000 miles on it. I grew up driving jacked up 4 x 4‘s in the 80s and 90s. So they don’t drive down the road like a new truck. but it does run and drive down the road really good. It does have a little oil leak not quite for sure where its coming from. Possibly a valve cover gasket or oil pan gasket. The truck just sets more than anything anymore . Haven’t had time to investigate the oil leak . it’s an automatic on the floor with a 45 revolver shifter. The only gauges that work in the truck is the fuel gauge and lights and windshield wipers. The tachometer is my speedometer. I’ve got it set at 2500 RPMs is 55 mile an hour down the road. The truck has lower gears which is a good thing with the big tires. It’s been in multiple parades. I’ve had it as far as 50 miles away from home. It’s not something you’re going to get into and jump on the highway and drive 1000 miles. Even though it would make it. I just got too many projects going on and this one’s got to go. Hopefully the pictures will show the shape of the truck. Being sold as is where is so any questions please ask. Low reserve price. The trucks going to be advertised for sale locally. So the auction can end early at any time. I am up for any reasonable offers. Any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Payment must be received within 24 hours end of auction. Upon pick up of the truck. Otherwise discussed with me. local pick up only. Any questions please call or text the phone number in the pictures.
