1976 Ford F150 Custom 4x4 Shortbed v8 360 4spd Classic Beautiful original
Vehicle Description
Here is my 1976 Ford F150 Shortbed 4x4 that is a manual 4 speed 360 V8 with a rebuilt clutch, has newer brakes/shocks/ 1406 4 barrel Edelbrock carb and she starts easily and purrs with the turn of the key. Steering has no play and is tight and responsive. The exhaust is new custom from SuperSound muffler in Athol Idaho and its beautiful and sounds fantastic. The undercarriage is incredible condition as you can see in the pictures. I put a new carpet kit from O/C upholstery and seat upholstery so that looks terrific. The original headliner and sun-visors in cream white are in good shape. The dash pad is also brand new and is a snug fit and original OEM quality. New shocks, and bushings and more brought this truck to a wonderful highway worthy driver status. There is an original old school CB radio in it but is not wired to power currently. Windows roll up and down very nicely and I put new door locks on both doors so those function like new. The cab has a good quality old school sliding rear window. The glass is all good on the truck. The power steering and brakes are excellent and operate very well. The truck is also equipped with MSD ignition. The bed is in good condition as expected and I put a nice thick rubber bed mat in it. For 49 years old it really shows well and has nice patina on the paint. Besides that, I get huge thumbs up wherever I venture out in this beautiful classic Ford and its nice that Im not the only one wearing a big smile.
