1971 Ford f 250 4x4 Highboy75k original milesNice old truck. Really nice driver. 99% rust free original California vehicle. This truck has some additional work that I will list to the best of my knowledge. I have owned it for 4 years. It is not perfect and has a few dings here and there. It’s 55 years old!460 ci engine with headers. Edelbrock carburetor. Runs strong and starts easily. I bought the truck with this engine. I have added a MSD ignition and plug wires. Good compression and burns no oil.Rebuilt C6 auto. It has 2000 miles since I’ve owned. Shifts nice and firm. New torque converter. I do have the kick down lever that needs install.Re-cored radiator.New gas tank behind seatNew seatI did a 78-79 axle swap with 4 wheel disc brakes. Stops and turns like a new truck.Axles have been fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals and ball joints. Front axle is a Dana 44 high pinion. Rear axle is a Dana 60 with 3.54 gears front and rear.New locking hubs. Leaf springs have new bushings in the front. New brake lines front to back.Windshield and rear glass seals are new. Seals around doors inside and out are new.Tires are new.All lights work.A few items to point outWindshield washer fluid bottle neededI have the 71 grill with 70 inserts. I had a hard time finding 71 inserts. If you know Fords I did put on a 67 grill. Will send 71 grill with the sale with some other misc parts.A real nice close to original truck ready to drive or take to the next level without a ridiculous amount of work. Mechanically sound. The body is in good shape. Frame is excellent.
