1937 Deluxe Ford Truck with Power Dump Bed

Vehicle Description
1937 Ford Deluxe Delivery Truck with working power dump bed
This is a fine example of a Pre-War Coal, Wood, delivery truck. It is in excellent condition. No expense spared during the restoration. I was told the owner spent over $6,000 on the chrome alone.
The Deluxe Model came with chrome windshield trim, chrome front bumper, grille and chrome side mirrors. It was ordered with windshield wipers on both the passenger and driver side. The truck is Washington Blue with red trim.
The power dump bed works as it should. It is an award winner and has scored well when shown. There are a few Philips head screws that will need to be replaced with flat-head screws to be 100% period correct. Not a big deal.
The truck was restored by Wayne Kennedy of Belhaven North Carolina. The original serial number is listed as 370.
History: I was told this truck has spent its life in New Jersey. It was bought new in New Jersey, the bed was built by The Cresci and Son Inc, of NJ and when completed, The Standard Coal Company of Vineland, NJ used it to service families and businesses in NJ, before, during and after, World War Two.
It starts and runs and drives as it should. This would be a great truck for a collector, a museum, or would make for a great movie prop. It runs, sounds and smells like you would expect. This is differently a throwback, period correct vehicle, down to the license plates. There is not a spot of rust or damage anywhere. This is truly a piece of American History. This truck looks as it would when new.
My cell number is above where the VIN would normally be. Feel free to call me with any questions. I will do whatever it takes to make this a smooth and easy transaction. I have been asked to sell this for an estate. Sadly, the owner / collector has passed away. I have been asked by the family to get a fair and reasonable price for the truck. Thanks for looking.
