Surplus Fire Truck. Has not been started in several years. Will need work

Vehicle Description

This is a surplus fire truck. It is a PROJECT! It hasn't been started in years. The rear axle is locked up - might be something simple, might be something serious, it is believed to be just a locked up brake but we're not sure. With some TLC it could make a nice fire truck. One major issue - it is located on top of a mountain that requires a very large wrecker to tow it down. Last tow quote was around $1800. It would be better if it could be repaired on site and driven down. We need to get rid of it.
It has 10,760 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission
