Galaxie currently has a 390 with automatic transmission. What this vehicle was originally born with was a 406, tri power set up, with a 4 speed transmission. Driveline was changed many years ago. This car, until very recently, has been garaged for thirty years or more. The paint is the original color chestnut and it also has its original chestnut interior. Has been repainted at some point. Paint is driver quality, but does have scratches, runs, and a few bubbles. Still shows well though.Motor runs decently. The interior is nice overall, but does have some typical tears on the driver seat. Metal dash has an area on the center that needs repainted. Needs a headliner, but all of the pieces to mount it are included. No rust issues evident.Very decent and rare Galaxie. This is a correct G code car that indicates it was indeed a 406 car.
